IR Remote problems with EX1r
I’m having fits with my Remote Commander unit with my ex1r. It works intermittently at best. All I want it for is to zoom remotely. The problem is that it seems to have no creep function like on the handle. Any thoughts? It has no other functionality at all (start/stop rec, playback, etc.)… I put in a new battery, and I’m operating it pointed at the front of the camera.
A more general question: What’s the best way to accomplish a vertigo-type zoom using a jib? A reliable, WIRELESS remote zoom controller with speed control seems to be the way to go….
