Posted by Warren Morningstar on January 8, 2013 at 4:44 pmIs it possible to use the DVI Extender with an iPad? If so, how?
Thanks,

January 14, 2013 at 1:10 pmWell, actually it is a DVI device. You can get an adapter from Apple for a DVI output. Turns out, works just fine with the DVI Extender. I discovered the 30 pin plug on my iPad is a little flakey. Wiggle it just right and everything works.

January 16, 2013 at 2:29 pmAs long as you have a DVI output on your IPad and buy the right type of DVI Extender I don’t see any issues. All a DVI Extender does is allow you to extend the distance between your DVI source and display.

January 16, 2013 at 9:46 pmAnyone tried this with the Matrox Convert DVI? I need a scan converter, not an extender, to take my iPad’s 60p output and get it to 59.94?
