ioHD worries
Just wondering if people closer to Aja have heart anything about the new drivers for the ioHD.
It’s been a while since they put up the ‘new drivers coming soon’.
I wrote them an email but got no reply?New Kona drivers were out in a heartbeat…

It’s still soon. With IBC this week, I imagine the folks at AJA are sight seeing in Amsterdam.

you need to remember that there is more going on in the IoHD than the PCIe cards. I would assume that the major thing is the firmware update for the new ProRes codecs since that happens in the box on the IoHD. Not to mention that everything needs to be shoved down firewire. Slow and stead wins the race.

Here it is Oct 22nd and we are still waiting. Whats wrong with this picture? Hearing the word “soon” is getting real old. They can move to new facilities, go to Europe for conferences, but not get customers new drivers in a timely manner! Frustrating!
