    IOHD sound issues.

    I just installed the newest drivers for my IOHD, and did the firmware update. I’m getting some random behavior in FCP, QT player, and Motion. Suddenly the sound is looping, like a feedback loop that keeps building. The IOHD is connected to a MAC PRO Dual2.66Ghz Quadcore running 10.6.2 and FCP 7.01. It’s intermittent and I haven’t been able to reproduce it. Just comes and goes away usually with a reboot and power cycle. Then it’s good for awhile, then bad. Ideas.

    Uninstall the drivers with the aja uninstaller. Then reinstall the drivers/firmware.

    That worked for a while. It’s back.I’m gonna call aja.
