io XT not compatible with Mountain Lion 10.8.2 ??
I just purchased an io XT for my MBP running 10.8.2 and i’m having all kinds of problems with audio ( distortion, drop out). I’m simply testing with AJA TV. I installed the latest driver and all. It works fine with my iMAc running 10.7.

yes, latest driver..10.4.1.
There’s definitely a major bug with Aja TV 10.4.1 and mountain lion on a Macbook pro 2012. I tried it with Premiere CS6 and it works fine. Unfortunately, it was intended to be used as a portable play out system with AJA TV.

in sound at system preferences -

You may want to update to driver version 10.4.2. The version 10.4.2 update improves audio functionality when used with OS X 10.8.2 Mountain Lion.
