IO XT – Huge Capture Output
Greetings,
We have been running into this issue and we have been unable to solve it. Are running Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 on a I-mac:Processor 3.4 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX 2048 MBWe have three camera’s and they are sent through the Black Magic Television Studio switcher and from there we send it to two locations: 1. I-mac for live streaming (Done via firewire) 2. Aja IO XT (Via HDMI program out) and from there we connect to the I-mac for capture (via thunderbolt)
Problem: 30 minutes of video used 232 gigabytes…. Obviously we are not using the right compressions. I’ve tried the different codecs but it either doesn’t work or it butchers the video.

By the way we captured with the 8 bit uncompressed. We tried the other ones as well but we did not get audio with those.
