    Hi guys,

I’d like to combine two different shots in a seamless way, similar to a video I watched a while ago. Shot 1 pans from point A to B, and shot 2 starts with a pan movement that begins B and ends at C. The obvious solution would be to keep the camera still between the two shots, however, there is constant car movement in the background, which would not be possible with this approach.

Here is the video, at 06:18.

According to the behind-the-scenes featurette, the slow movement through the guy’s car after the accident is a separate shot, that was combined together with the previous shots that comprised the accident. I’m wondering how they managed to connect this last part so smoothly.

    Any ideas?

Maybe a mask wipe that follows one of the cars? Do you know where the cut supposedly is?
