    Hello,
I know this is not the dedicated Zaxwerks forum, but my question in that forum has not been answered.
I have developed a great looking personalized logo modeled after the “Warner Bros. Pictures Shield” logo as seen before the studio’s movies (it’s for a school project and not actual publication.) The final touch to the piece (before animating) would be to add the 3D text that is written on the banner around the shield. Is it possible to create and bend the 3D text to rest properly on the round banner? I have not found a way to do this.

    Thanks! Tom

If you have Adobe Illustrator, you can create a spline (with the pen tool) and type the text along the spline. Use that vector animation as your text layer in Invigorator.

You may have to save the AI file as a version 8 file in order for it to open in Invigorator.

Forgot to mention… If you would like to type along an elliptical path, use the ellipse tool in Illustrator to create the path (make sure to turn off the fill and stroke). Then use the “type along path” tool for your text creation.
