  • Invigorator or ProAnimator – WHICH ONE IS MOST POPULAR?

    …for AE users and why?

Just a bit of a poll really to gauge who chooses which and for what reasons.

I know Invigorator has been around as an AE plugin for much longer, but ProAnimator has this ‘poseable’ animation thing which seems useful..though I never hear anyone really mentioning it (other than Jon – hi!), rather always the talk is about Invig?

Any thoughts shared would be useful, thanks.

I asked a very similar question when I was trying to decide between the two.
I downloaded both user manuals from the site and compared the two.
ProAnimator worked out better for me. Yes you can use it as a plug-in, but the ability to use it as a standalone application helps me out a great deal in just experimenting with things.
There is a cow forum on the Zaxwerks plug-ins and they are very responsive.

Thanks Ken, yes I’m leaning towards ProAni after having played with the demo for a day or so…I just wonder what the hardcore AE users’ choice would be? There’s got to be a good reason PA hasn’t taken as well as Invig, other than one app having been around alot longer…or does there?

I know about Zaxwerks forum – they’re really helpful, but honestly..they’re going to tell me to go for the most expensive one aren’t they 😉
