    Hello –

I have an .AVI that’s output from my Sniper16 film transfer hardware. It’s from 16mm negative. It’s color and has that orange negative color to it.

It’s a DV codec .avi and I’ve brought it into Sony Vegas 8.0.

If I do a straight ‘Invert,’ then it has a blue tinge to it (probably the complementary color from the orange negative).

Does anyone has a good way to correct this without having to go outside of Vegas?

    Thanks –
    Brian

Sure – here’s a still from the video. Color bars – should be a good target.

    Just a quick try.

    Does this help?

Neat – I’ll have to play with this over the weekend.

    Thanks –
