could you please help me in the following bug I meet with animated buttons.

I am french and my video file is Pal and recorded with a Canon XL1. Icatch my video in Adobe Premiere

In Encore 1.5, I link my timeline with a button . I click in the menu properties on animated button in order to have the still image moving in the thumbnail. I go to render menu and once completed , i make a preview. And then something strange happens, the video is moving in the thumbnail but has rotated from 180

A very common cause for inverted (“upside down”) video in Encore is the presence of DivX and similar codecs on your computer. Uninstalling such codecs may help, but if they were originally installed as part of a so-called “codec pack”, more drastic measures (like going back to a restore point or re-installing Windows) may be needed to get rid of them.

I’m having a similar issue, although the only alternative codec I have installed is QT Lite 4.1.0.
The interesting thing is that in the same project other .mp4/.mov are not flipped.
They all use AVC/AAC, so I’m not sure why these specific clips are flipped.
It’s almost as though Encore doesn’t read the orientation metadata.
Premiere Pro does (as do most players).
