Is there a way I can control my Sony VX2100 in premiere to save single frames at different rates per min. or per hour? If not in premiere then maybe a different stand alone program?
It has some control built in but the smallest duration is 1/2 sec. or in manual it will do 6 frames. -

If what you want is timelapse capture, either from a live feed or during replay of DV tape in your camera, then one way is to use Scenalyzer Live from http://www.scenalyzer.com, which offers a try-before-buy download. Get the latest beta version 4, which is now very clean.
