  Interrupting a video feed with a one minute spot automatically for a client

  I have a client that runs a news channel off of cable in his professional office on a plasma and he would like to have that feed automatically interrupted to show a quick one or two minute spot every ten minutes. Is there a timed, automatic a/b switcher that can be used for this purpose?
