    Hello all,

I’d really appreciate any help here. It’s probably very simple, but….

When I’m importing footage into ae, it is interpreted automatically to square pixels. My current client needs everything at d1/dv ntsc. I’ve looked around at the preferences, and can’t find anything that will interpret all footage automatically to this setting. As you can imagine, it would be very pernickity indeed to go into each piece of footage and change it by hand. Am I missing something quite obvious?

    Cheers,
    A.G.

1.Select one piece of footage, then select file>interpret footage>main.
2.Re-interpret the footage at D1/DV pixel aspect ratio.
    3.Select file>interpret footage>remember interpretation.
    4.Select the other footage.
    5.Select file>interpret footage>apply interpretation.
