If you conform, say, Square Pixels to D1/DV NTXC 0.9, but return to Square Pixels, the bottom & top of frame are cropped. Is this permanent with the files in my Premiere Pro computer? If so, then I’ll have to start from scratch and bring in the original files again, right?

I’m a newby to High-Def and Premiere Pro, so please bear with me.

What are your clip details and what are your project details?

You will find links to many free tutorials in the PremiereProPedia that will quickly show you how things are done in Premiere Pro.
