Interpolation between still images
Hi there I am new to after effects but I need to find out how to create interpolation between stills on the program. I have attached a video by Morgan Beringer which shows the effect Im trying to create. still images are used and stretched across time with a variety of time-interpolation methods to create abstract moulding and warping of the images.
The results are taken then edited them together and put them through 2-3 more renders worth of time-based effects, lighting, blurs, colour, etc. (but I dont need help with this part, just the initail process!)
Can anyone help please!?

You should be able to precomp the sequence of your images, then use the precomp as a source for Timewarp or Twixtor. Adjust time by source frame instead of speed for more control.
I’d think the quality of this method will greatly depend on the source images.
