If a norwegian client wants to hire my company (an american company) to produce several elements, under what countries laws does the job fall under?
What is the best way to accomplish this kind of transaction?

They are hiring you and so the laws would be Norwegian. You could in no way hold them culpable for anything under U.S. law.
