    “internal software error %0, line %1”

    Hi there

    I’ve created a dual disk DVD but when it gets to about 2.38gb of creating the DVD image it stops and comes up with the error “internal software error %0, line %1”

    Does anyone know how i can fix this? i’ve tried it on another computer and still have the same problem.

    What version & Build of Encore?
    What project details?
    Please be specific.

    I keep getting this error message at the close end of DVD burn process with RealPlayer. I have over 50 pieces of DVDs unfinished just to be thrown away. Please help.
