  Intermitent MP4/MOV to WMV conversion problem

  I’ve been having a issue recently when converting from MP4 to WMV. I usually convert to WMV on a PC but edit on Final Cut. To do this, i usually do a quicktime conversion from Final cut to a MPEG4 Codec in a .mov container and then i transfer to the PC to compress in Soreenson Squeeze.

  Recently, when i convert to WMV from the mov the wmv is stuttery. This also happens if i convert to a wmv on the mac as well from the same file.

  Sometimes the files do it and sometimes they don’t, even though i use exactly the same settings. Any ideas whats going on?
