  interlacing problem

  Hello,
  I’m exporting clips from the timeline- I need them pure, uncompressed- so I can bring them into AE and color the footage and do effects etc. But the clips aren’t clean. Looks line an interlacing issue- for instance, the guys hand has an almost ghost line effect- I can clearly see “lines” cutting thru his hand – so I’m assuming it’s an interlacing issue.
  Tried multiple settings for output- no diff.
  The footage is NTSC, widescreen.
  Working with Premiere 6.5 pro. Windows2000 system.
  What setting combo am I overlooking?
