Interlacing Problem
I used After Effects to convert a 25 fps progressive clip to NTSC widescreen. The resulting clip is what you would expect: 720×480, 29.97 fps, interlaced (bottom field first). The new clip looks exactly how I want it when I play it with media players and also when I view it on the timeline in Premiere CS4. However, when I go to export Media Encoder now shows the source with that bad interlaced look like this:

Anyone know why?
P.S.: When I deinterlace for the web it looks good but I want to put it on a DVD too.
