  interlaced vs progressive

  Hey

  Have a question

  can someone explain to me the following —-

  the difference to interlaced footage and progressive i.e — ( 25i vs 25p)

  If I have footage in final cut and want to export it to avid — what would I export —

  lower field first or upper field

  If I have footage in Avid and want to export it to Final Cut — what would I export —-

  lower field first or upper field

  Please Advise
