  Interlaced video effect from R3D files?

  I want to simulate a subjective TV look on R3D files in After Effects. What are the plug-ins to look at? Any suggestions? We want to simulate different times, such as 1985, 2000, 2010 with gradually improving quality. I can render the R3D RAW files to 16bit DPX or 10bit DPX for import in AE CS6.
