  Interlaced preview in premiere CS4

  I have problem with preview on external device on Premiere CS4

  I’m using second monitor to have preview of video i’m editing. In premiere monitor window everything is ok, but on second monitor(i’ve tried both crt monitor and lcd) i see horizontal strips of interlaced video which are disturbing and annoying.

  I think i haven’t seen then when i was working on windows xp, now i have win7.

  PS. somethimes i work on old premiere 6.5 and on winXp i have clean preview but when i edit on pc with win7 on it i see those interlacing strips…

  is there any way to avoid seeing those?
