Interlaced lines with Twixtor footage
Hey everyone, I will try to keep it short and sweet. I feel like I did something completely wrong with setting up my sequence.
I filmed a wedding and have both 1080 60i (Nikon) and 1080 24p (canon) footage.
My sequence is set to 1080 60.
For the clips I wanted slow, I replaced with an AE comp where I used twixtor (I prefer using twixtor in AE).
My AE comp is set to 60 (59.4). during my Ram preview it looks wonderful, no glitchy lines yet.
When I view it in premier, it also looks great. No glitchy lines yet.However when I export it, I get these glitchy interlaced lines. sample clip here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeatyOLTG5I&feature=youtu.be
The problem is only visible at 1080 and fullscreen.Here are my render settings.
H.264, Preset:Custom
1920 x 1080 24p (Is this the problem?)
NTSC
Using Maximum Render Quality
Using Previews.I wanted to run it past you fine people, in hope of avoiding countless hours rendering tests.
I look forward to your responses. -

Turn off Use Previews. They produce files with a codec of less quality.
