Interlaced graphics don’t look the best via HDMI to a TV screen. The output settings are correct (1080i50, upper fields). Motion seems to apply rough edges. Do I need a proper Broadcast monitor for play-out, or are they other alternatives to weaken this issue?

    Many thanks!

In HD video you need to make sure it is “Upper Field First”.

Is this the case in your video?
