March 22, 2011 at 6:17 pmPerform a COW Search on “interlace flicker’ – we’ve gone through this lots of times before. FOr a quick remedy, use Effect>Blur>Reduce Interlace Flicker.

March 22, 2011 at 7:24 pmyep… it looks like a screen redraw issue which is probably related to the video card.
if disabling gpu acceleration for panels doesn’t help, make sure you have the latest drivers for your video card.
if you happen to have an integrated gpu/cpu, then a portion of your ram is used as vram for the gpu, so you may want to increase the amount of ram to other apps in the multiprocessing & memory pref.
