Interactivity with AE
I can only export Flash movies using AE but is there a way to make them interactive using only AE, like putting interactive buttons?

Absolutely not. AE outputs purely non-interactive content.

No real interactivity is true… but you can import your SWF into flash as frames and modify there, and you can do html links.
