    Hi again.

    I have an idea to start with Intensity on Panny P2 workflow for now.

    1. take material from P2 in FCP
    2. edit on Mac pro 2.6 or 3.0 with 2 GB ram
    (3 x 150 gb 10 k SATA drives for that striped raid 0)
    3. output on my PC Extreme to Beta SP etc.

    How does it sound ?

    I’m sorry…perhaps I am not understanding what you are trying to do. What role would the Intensity fill for you?

    If I understand correctly you are going from P2 (digital transfer from media to hard disk). Then you will edit and export to Beta SP.

    I guess I am just not understanding where you are using the HDMI interface of the Intensity.

    Hi.

    I’m just trying to use subject for monitoring only when editing.
    Question is if 2,6 ghz model of mac pro will be sufficent.
