  Intensity Shuttle – TIme based correction?

  I am looking at getting a new capture device with a HDMI input. I have an older Happauge HD-PVR, but it does not have HDMI nor time based correction, which I need with problem VCR tapes.

  Does the Intensity Shuttle have TBC? Has anyone used one for VCR caputure? Any other options for around $200-$250?
