    Hi

    I’ve just taken delivery of an Intensity Shuttle.

    It doesn’t appear to ‘work out of the box’ as easily as the PCI version (which we also have).

    I’m trying to troubleshoot, but there’s some confusing documentation in the box about updating NEC firmware and drivers.

    When I use the link provided by BMD, no such drivers exist. I simply get taken to a very confusing page (in French) with lots of different downloads, none of them version 2.0.4.0

    Put simply – H E L P 🙂

    Need to get this sorted ASAP.

    Thanks Mike – But I don’t see the driver version 2.0.4.0 on that page.

    Is it Firmware and/or drivers I should be downloading? If so, do you know which versions?

    Just update to the newest firmware and drivers that are available on that page.
