    Intensity Shuttle not recognized

    Hi,

    Just bought an Intensity Shuttle now that I have a mobo with USB 3.0, unfortunately my pc is having problems recognizing it. desktop video is completely grayed out.

    device manager is giving me this

    I installed everything that seemed necessary on the software disc that was included. Am I missing drivers?

    I have the same problem, but with USB 3.0 card on PCIe x1.
    I suppose you’ve updated the chipset of your USB 3.0

    I’ve whittled it down to Video Controller not being recognized in device manager, and now I can manipulate fields in desktop video, however Media Express completely crashes my computer requiring a hard reset.
