The color space references in the specifications for the Intensity Shuttle are:

Colorspace Conversion – Hardware based real time
    HDMI Video Sampling 4:2:2
    HDMI Color Precision 4:2:2
    HDMI Color Space YUV 4:2:2

    Questions
    1. What and When is “Hardware based Colorspace Conversion” being used?
    2. YUV is being used here to denote YCbCr – correct?
    3. All captures (except for DPX) are done and stored in a 4:2:2 format however BM codecs only allow for RGB 4:4:4 color space output. Why is this?

My support requests are apparently being ignored (it’s been almost 2 weeks now) and in desperation I’m asking for help here.

The reason I am asking these questions is because captures from the shuttle appear washed out with a luma variance between left and right hand side of the screen when viewed on a PC. This is either with analog or hdmi inputs with different sources.
