Intensity Pro/Media Express 2.03 No Video Preview
I’ve asked this before but could never get an answer, so here’s hoping this time around will be different.
When I open up media express I get no video in the video preview area. This happens at all times (before, during, and after capture), and during playback as well. To put it briefly: the preview screen is always black.

https://i44.tinypic.com/foj5w6.pngI’ve checked and double checked to make sure my capture settings are correct. The video captures just fine and everything looks great, but it’s just that there is no video in the preview screen.
I only have this problem with Media Express 2.X… it worked perfectly in 1.X.
I am capturing HDMI 720p/59.94 fps for my Xbox 360.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Having a similar problem ~3 years after your post. If you’re still around, did you solve this issue?

I understand this post is old but did you ever resolve the cause of this problem? I’m having the same symptom with a different model card. Like yours, video does not show during capture or playback — yet video is captured. Had to revert to Media Express 1.x to get it working again. Not sure when something changed as system hadn’t been used in a while.
BTW, my apologies if this message shows up twice. I had to resolve a duplicate account issue.
