Intensity Pro: Sudden sound loss
Have had the Intensity Pro card installed since April 2008. Recently had to re-install after HDD failure, now installed on WinXP SP3 in a system with a Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE. On first install, card worked great and I had no work to do at the time. Now just 2 weeks later I’m trying to capture HDMI from the card and get no sound. Video quality is fine, so I can’t understand this sound issue. Have tried connecting a component Y/R/B cable instead, and sound doesn’t work on that either. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling the card and drivers, same result. Not sure what could have taken out the sound. Tried contacting Black Magic, they ignored me. Anyone with similar problem or help much appreciated.
