  Intensity Pro and sleep on an intel Mac

  I have an Intel Mac Pro running 10.4.11 and was wondering if I install an Intensity card will I be able to put it to sleep and have it wake with no problems? I have a G5 with a Decklink Pro SD card in it and it cannot be put to sleep as it doesn’t wake up. I need to shutdown at the end of each day. This is not a problem but I’d like to know ahead of time if the Intensity card requires the same shutdown procedure after I install it?
