  Intensity Pro 4k Multicam Not Working – AVID

  Hi all,

  Just purchased a few Intensity Pro 4K units for our Mac Pro edit bays (OS X 10.9.5, with Avid 7.0.6). We’re running the 10.6.6 version of Desktop Video and we’re having a heck of a time when editors go into multicam mode (aka Quad Split).

  Video playback completely freezes out on both the client monitor and the source/record window, but audio continues, or the source/record monitor with display a BOB error. If we revert to normal single cam playback, everything works as expected.

  Does any one have any ideas?
