  Intensity Performance

  I just got my Intensity pro board, I got it for CS4 but since CS4 drivers arent out yet I thought id try it with CS3. I put it on my Windows XP machine with 3 gigs of memory and it was a new build. I noticed that it seemed sluggish when I drug a clip into the timeline or the preview window there was a delay for a few seconds then it would scrubb fine. I dont get that delay when im using PP without the Black Magic. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to make it run better?
