Yup, no topping that. I bow to your punny prose.
2.9 GHz 8-core (4,1), FCP 7.0.3, 10.6.6
Blackmagic Multibridge Eclipse (7.9.5) -

April 13, 2012 at 1:14 pmThe tough thing about naming conventions is how inconsistent Apple is with their computer names.
There’s –
MacBookAir
MacBookPro
MacPro (on the way out apparently)
iMacThe last is the only one using the “i” convention like their iOS devices.
Their “top of the line” systems have had “Pro” in the name such as MacBookPro and MacPro.The marketing question is why does Apple do the above and might they consider this new system a different beast.
It’s almost easier to guess what the system might consist of than the name they might give it.

Tim Cook seems fond of the archaic “Macintosh”, so maybe that will make a return in some form.
Best,
Andy
