Insurance – All or Some?
Hey biz owners (and people who’s employers pay for insurance)-
Does anyone know what the norm for a company’s contribution to health/dental insurance is? Are most graphics/post/animation companies covering the whole thing? It seems like due to the rising cost of health/dental insurance that most companies are covering some, but not all.
Love to hear any thoughts on this.

I think there was a story in the Wall Street Journal yesterday about this. The split is prett close to fifty-fifty, but the trend is for small businesses to drop insurance for their employees.
