I’m having trouble trying to capture something. I’m working on a project…it’s a large project, and as I’m trying to ingest more material I’m getting an error saying “INSUFFICIENT DISK SPACE REMAINING IN THE CAPTURE SCRATCH”. I’ve cleaned a lot of stuff off my disc, however I’m still getting the error.

    Any ideas?

    Brad

How many gigs are left on the drive?

Select the hard disk you are trying to capture to (eg “Macintosh HD”) and press cmd+I it will tell you there your free space. If it’s less than about 15% of the overall hard disk, delete stuff!!!!!

I deleted a ton of stuff, and changed location and was able to get things back up and running.

    Thanks for the help.

Don’t capture footage to your internal main OS drive.
If your hard drive is full, buy more.
