Installing Vegas Pro 10
These questions may have been answered earlier.
I’ve been running Vegas Pro 9(e) for some time and recently purchased Pro 10 on disc. I do not have any Pro 9 projects incomplete, but plenty saved.
Question: Do I install 10 over 9 or uninstall 9 first?
Question: In 10, can I open (re-edit) projects originally saved in 9?
Question: Same questions for DVD Architect 5.0 vs 5.2?Thanks,

Install ten and leave 9 on it. Just so you know, you can’t open a saved project in ten and then reopen it in 9, so just copy all your .veg files to a new folder. In the newly made 10 folder, open with 10 and save each one. You still have the 9 folder if you need to open one in 9. It’s not backward compatible.
