    Hello,

I’ve come across this nifty plugin I want to install on my FCP 7 but it’s not working either way I try: 2 ways.

The first way I’ve tried: I open up my finder, find FCP, click open package contents, go to plugins, and drag and drop the plugin folder into the “plugin” folder.

The second way: I’ve gone through Mac>Library>Applications>Application support>Final Cut Pro System Support>… Plugins.. Drag and drop.

I’ve tried both ways, restarting Final Cut to see if the plugin shows up in the “video filters” column, and nothing. I’ve tried to restart my computer a couple of times to see if that would work and nothing.

Wondering if anyone has a clue as to why I can’t install this plugin.

    Thank you,

    Fernando Bobadilla

What’s the plugin and what were the install instructions that came with it?

Yeap. Some plugins just need to be put on that folder, some others have a very different installation process.
