    Edward,

I recently purchased and installed Excalibur 5.0 after using 4.5 for some time. Everything works fine. On my other computer, did the same. When I click on Excalibur under scripting, on that system, Time Bandit appears instead of the usual Excalibur 5 interface and I can go nowhere else from there. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but still does the same. Can you help?

My suggestion will be to download and install the new update – version 5.5. If you haven’t yet entered the registration key for 5.0, just e-mail that to me and then I’ll send you an updated 5.5 key. If 5.0 is already registered (which you still may be able to do by going to Help – About), version 5.5 should automatically register.

    Edward,

Downloaded 5.5 and installed. When I attempt to paste my Lic. No. for my 5.0 purchase, it says the pasted code is not the correct length? How do I email you?

Here’s the bottom line: If you have Excalibur 5 already installed, Excalibur 5.5 will recognize that key and automatically unlock. If you’re doing a fresh install, Excalibur 5.5 will not accept a 5.0 key but by e-mailing me that key I’ll send you a new 5.5 key.
