I already have Boris Continuum Complete 4.2.1 installed for Avid Xpress Pro HD on my laptop. Does anyone have any idea on how I can use those plug-ins for After Effects CS3? I thought it would be a simple copy and paste, guess I was wrong…

No, I have the disc but it does not specify where to install it. Every time I re-install, it defaults to my Avid/Plug-ins folder…
