Installation Question
We are installing AVID on a MBP for a client. Never installed an AVID before but I noticed in the installation guide it says something about not changing your ethernet connection after activating. I’m a little confused about this, if I use my internet connection here at work to activate then they take the MBP elsewhere to use it, will it not let them?

Once authorized, you can move the laptop anywhere you want. Perhaps it is referring to the enthernet connection as in hardware within the system since it uses that as part of the unique identification.
