Installation Problem
Hello!
I’m having a major installation problem. I just installed adobe production studio and during it’s installation, Microsoft Direct X started to update and then restarted my computer. When it came back, obviously production studio didn’t install properly and now my computer thinks Adobe After Effects is installed when it’s not.
There are no after effects folders or shortcuts anywhere… application data has no ae content, nothing. I tried to uninstall production studio and install again — says that after effects is already there so it doesn’t install that component. Then, I tried to reinstall and it lets me change settings to all the other components, but it won’t let me reinstall ae still.
Anybody know how I can fix this problem?

you will get free adobe tech support for installation problems. i would call them, you should get things up and running much quicker that way…
