installation error
okay, maybe im an idiot, but i cant get vegas 6.0a to install. it says i need directx 9.0c – which i’ve downloaded and installed my times by now. has anyone else run into this problem? i’m running winXP pro SP2

Did you also install the .NET Framework.
BTW, Vegas is at 6.0d these days so I’d download and install that version.
