August 26, 2011 at 8:23 pmI presume you are working with Ricardo Gomes that I’ve been communicating with by email?
can you run the following two commands in Terminal and return to me what is printed out?
ls -ld /usr/discreet/sparks
ls -ld /usr/discreet/sparks/*Pete

August 29, 2011 at 6:01 pmcan you please set the permissions on Twixtor.spark to be read/writeable by everyone?
that is, as root (or as an administrator), run
chmod ugo+rwx /usr/discreet/sparks/Twixtor.sparkAlso, can you run
ls -ld /usr/discreet
? (I presume that won’t tell me much)Also, if that doesn’t work, can you send me what is displayed in the system console when trying to load the Twixtor spark?

August 29, 2011 at 6:06 pmOr send the log file in /usr/discreet/log
You need to start flame from a shell to get message in console I think. (That is open a shell and type flame)Pierre

August 29, 2011 at 6:26 pmPlease disregard Pierre’s comment about starting “flame’. (yes I know you are running smoke!)
Perhaps the log file you will need to send is
/usr/discreet/log/ifffs.logAnd send us any other log files written to the disk today that are in /usr/discreet/log
Also, open the Apple program Console, and send us any other error messages written to the console.
We should take this offline, please write to us at tecsupport (at) revisionfx (dot) com.
