Install serial number
I just got a new computer. Vegas won’t register via the internet and then takes me to a site where I put in my serial number and Machine ID but it still won’t accept my information.
Is there a phone number I can call to get this problem resolved. Sony doesn’t make it simple.

log on to the sony site, it lists your registered products and the serial numbers
